Like I've explained in my previous "Lucky Stars" image .... these folded paper stars are often offered as a gift for loved ones ...

Not long after it first appeared in my teenage days ... it quickly became commercialised ... where instead of using colour papers ... materials became advanced such as using chromed colour papers ... some even using PVC materials (water resistant ..) etc. It was sold everywhere from shopping complexes to little minimarts ... and came in various packages -- pre-stripped papers ... prefolded stars ... decorative containers ... u name it. It's sales soars even higher than roses during Valentines day ... and girls just love it !

In my rendering above, the stars are modelled using Bryce 4 ... and was custom positioned one by one into the scene. Bottle was modelled in Rhino3D. Rendering took slightly more than 14 hours (I don't know why it took that long ... duh)
