I enjoyed this book very much. Stephen Oats writes as though he was sitting across the table from you having a conversation over a cup of coffee. Abraham Lincoln lived a very trying and compelling life, this book brings home the fact that this man was faced with a task that no one should ever have to face, and that his decisions went far beyond whether he would have a Mocha or a Latte. In a word (why do we always say that when we use more than one word?), a great read and a great tribute, to a great man, and to one of my all time hero's.
