He began piano lessons at the age of five with his father - Alexander Edelman.

George Edelman studied at the famous Conservatory Leopold in Moscow and won some Autitions.

In 1978 the family left the USSR and went to Rome, six months later they arrived in New York.

George Edelman  played together with Dora Schwarzberg ( Violin ) and was also teacher for piano and  chamber music.
