Election Committees
Chair: VACANT
Only function before and during the biennial Chapter elections. They will be appointed within three months before the next election (Spring 2006). The Teller Committee provides the official count of ballots for the election of Officers and Directors. The Teller Committee consists of at least two Chapter members in addition to the Chapter Secretary (who serves as chair of the Teller Committee unless she/he is a candidate, in which case the Board appoints an alternate chair). The Nominating Committee recommends a slate of Officers and Directors for the Board election. This committee consists of four Chapter members (of whom no more than two serve on the current Board) plus the President.
