The links on the left are the most common misunderstood areas of processing. We feel so strongly about these topics that we do not charge visitors to view this information and use it to resolve processing problems at their facilities. As many courses as there are in the plastics engineering field the one common factor always remains the same, there is no specific teaching course that allows processors to learn the proper setup of injection molding machines and their processes. The old adage is that molding is an "ART". This statement could not be more wrong. Processing is a science that proves itself out weather you have sophisticated monitoring equipment or not. We can show you the proper methods for process setup, proper machine setup, and proper tooling design to assure that you can manufacture the highest quality parts with the least amount of falloff.
