This page reflects my interests in this awesome universe,
the search for truth, honesty, walking the Red Road
and all those things which lead us to
understanding and harmony in this world.

I am Cherokee on my mothers side and
that is where I get my love and respect
for Mother Earth, learning of my heritage
and the customs and traditions of the Cherokee.
I believe that one's heart and spirit determine
if that person is Indian or not.
Using this as a guideline, I am Cherokee to the core,
even if I am a "breed" by blood.
When we say we are "part" Indian,
it brings to mind something I once read called,
"Are You An Indian?"
Your arm, a leg, your eyes...
I am proud to be who I am.
For I am an American,
For I am an Indian

Within the pages of this site are the whispers
of the many and various twists and turns
that my journey has taken me on.
Here you will find

and the shadow self that
we try to keep hidden and even deny

An Indian Prayer
This is a song that my eldest daughter performed at
a school concert that touch my heart. I hope it does yours also!
She has been gifted with a voice of an angel.
