He can lift just about anything now. All he
has to do is concentrate really hard. The more
he wills the object to move, the more he can
lift. He has lifted the worlds (and
Lex Luther's) largest boat (Superman #700);
as well as Ali Ben Styns palace (Young
Justice #2).
He can lock objects and people down to the
ground; manipulate water, lava, metal, etc.;
render objects unable to move; blow objects
up; as well as disassemble objects.
This TK field creates a proves to pretty impenetrable.
Protect an object by putting his T.K. field
around it/him/her.
Super Metabolism: When under stress his reflexes
become really fast; super healing
Just as the charged solar cells that
Superman saves up can make Superman fly, Superboy's
T.K. Field also give him the power of self propulsion.
His Top Speed: Cross Country in 4 hours, and
has out flown a run away jet.
It has been hypothesized that he has vision
powers that lay dormant within his body, and
that Cadmus was about to 'show' him what he
could do just before the Newsboys broke him
out and he escaped. With his body no longer
being able to age, it is uncertain if he'll
ever be able to use these powers. But in Superboy
#1,000,000, it shows a shot where Impulse and
Robin (his teammates in Young Justice) telling
him to use his heat vision.
Kryptonite (given on purpose)
Magic (given on purpose)
These are the only two weaknesses given within
the pages of Superboy, but we know that his
T.K. Field cannot withstand energy blasts, gas,
or fire. Superboy needs to breath just like
a human being.
When he is unconscious (asleep, KO'ed, etc.,)
his T.K. Field goes down, and he can be hurt
like any other human being.
It is theorized that Superboy's body is a
solar battery such as Superman's. But his powers
did not blink out as Superman's did during "The
Final Night" story line, so we're not too
sure how solid that statement is.
