General Guidelines

 

Physical Health

Drink filtered (or mineral) water
Avoid caffeine (coffee, cola, black tea, 'NoDoz', etc.)
Eat organic foods
Eat less meat
Eat less processed foods
Avoid tobacco and places where smoking will be a temptation
Exercise 3-5 times a week
Sleep 7-10 hours per night
S O A K in a nice warm bath once a week (or more)
Grow fruit, vegetables and herbs
And if you suffer from any kind of addiction
      please read 'Fast and Cleanse'

 

Mental Health

Read more (try to find materials that have a positive message)
Watch less television
Stop negative thoughts and try to think more positively
Express yourself through art, music and writing
Spend time walking and sitting in a natural environment
Meditate
Write down your dreams and your goals
Challenge yourself to learn something new
Watch as many sunrises and sunsets as possible
Do some gardening

 

Social/Spiritual Health

Celebrate life
Encourage others with honest praise
      Sandwich constructive criticism between words of kindness
Pray and be thankful
Be more forgiving
Try to spend less money
Try to be more charitable with your time and resources
Communicate with nature
Whenever you can lend a helping hand
Read inspirational materials (i.e. Bible, Koran, The Prophet...)
Do some gardening
Express love as much as possible
Develop a personal relationship with the Universe
