Cafe Dartre is a cyber-cafe, which is sponsored by the "Car Talk" radio program on NPR. You can find it here. This site is absolutely NOT an official Car Talk site. They are not responsible for anything posted here. But the habitues of the Cafe Dartre are very grateful to Click and Clack and the Cyberbabes for providing a forum where we can exchange views, make old friends, and visit with new ones. This friendly, neighborhood "cyber-pub" has received some memorable posts over the last year or so, since I've been reading and posting. It seems a shame that so much delightful material should be lost. In an effort to save at least a few of "the best of Cafe Dartre" posts, this site is inaugurated.
