Welcome to journeyoasis.com, a small oasis of comfort and hope along your journey. This site is primarily about premature infants; premature babies; preemies. Come along with us as we share our resources and experiences with you which we hope will help you along your journey through both cloudy and sun-filled days. Our child was born at 24 weeks gestation weighing 1 lb., 1oz. With the help of the staff of Cook Children's Health System and the prayers of family and the folks of the many churches of the Eastside Ministries Alliance of Churches and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Fort Worth, she is doing well at six years. She shared her journey with some babies whose calling was to be angels of comfort, with this site being dedicated to those parents who must journey onward.
