The First Pillar of Iman is to believe in the Inseperable Singularity and Oneness of Allah or in Arabic Terminology is known as Tawheed.
WHAT IS TAWHEED
Tawheed has 3 aspects.
1. Oneness of Godhood of Allah
2. Oneness of Worship of Allah
3. Oneness of the Names and Attributes of Allah
WHAT DOES THE ONENESS OF THE GODHOOD OF ALLAH MEAN?
The Oneness of the Godhood of Allah means that Allah, the Glorfied the Exalted, is the One and Only God Who is Ithe One Inseperably Singular Creator of all that Exists besides Him, and all that Exists besides Him is what He created or is His Creation, and Far Exalted is Allah Above being Being Anything He created in His creation. It means Allah is the One Creator, Cherisher, Sustainer, Protector. Provider, and Maintainer of all that exists besides Him in the Entire Universe.
Quran 7:59
"Serve Allah, you have no other god but Him."
WHAT DOES ONENESS OF WORSHIP OF ALLAH MEAN?
Oneness of Worship of Allah means nothing whatsoever except Allah is Truely Worthy of being Worshipped, Prayed to, Invoked, Asked for Help from, Swearing By, Offering Sacrifice to, Giving Charity for the Sake of, Fasting for the Sake of, paying Pilgrimage for.
WHAT IS THE ONENESS OF THE NAMES AND ATTRIBUTES OF ALLAH?
The Oneness of the Names and Attributes of Allah means that we are not to name or attribute to Allah anything whatsoever Allah or His Messenger Muhammad(pbuh) has not named or attributed to Him.
And that no one or thing is to be named or attributed to whatsoever has been named and attributed to Allah.
And that we are to believe in al the Names and Attributes of Allah that Allah has Named and Attributed to Himself in either His Quran or what has been Reported from the Hadith and Sunnah of the Messenger Muhammad(pbuh) without either ignoring them completely or changing any of thier meanings, or twisting the meanings, or likening any of these Names and Attributes to any thing besides Allah, or to anything that exists in creation. Or in short we are not to attribute the qualitys of the Creator to anything is His creation or the qualitys of the anything in His creation to its Creator. the Creator and what He created in all Gods Creation, are 2 very distinct things, and Allah is Unique, and Far exalted above being anything in creation
There is simply nothing whatsoever you can conceive in your mind that is anything like or resembling Allah, the Glorified, the Exalted.
