This is Daisy, walking toward the camera holder, hoping one hand is holding a deliciously sweet apple for her to munch
on as her mid-morning snack.
Not very blue for a horse named Blue, and she's oh, so feminine! Yes, she definitely IS quite a petite young
lady. . . .for a girl with a macho boy's name! <There IS strength in women!>
Lunching together in "winter coats", these two are quite camera shy, but with the sun in their eyes, I had the advantage!
As true buddies, you seldom see one without the other....
A teary day, as I learned the horses have been sold! Here, they're pictured in my front yard, saddled
and ready to ride off to their new home. Daisy is pressing her head as close to me as she can (left), and as if "on cue" (right),
she reached over and nibbled goodbye kisses on my chin, which brought tears to my eyes! Her owner (in awe!) is on the right,
holding Blue's reins. I will sorely miss these two newly made friends.......
