ROSCOE WAS ADOPTED DECEMBER 15, 2002!
ROSCOE'S STORY:
Ozzie, Ruthie, Ricky and Roscoe snuggled in for bedtime at 12 weeks of age.
Ralph, Roscoe, Rocket, Ricky and Ruthie were conceived when someone's cat got out only once before they got around to having her spayed. Unfortunately, she was never to be spayed because when the kittens were only two weeks old, their mother got out again and was instantly run over by a car. The kittens were extremely lucky that we happened to have a nursing mom cat on staff and she accepted them eagerly and raised them as her own. So they have had the benefit of being raised by a cat instead of humans while receiving lots of human interaction. This has resulted in a litter of very friendly, playful and well-adjusted kittens. Roscoe always has a serious look on his face but he can romp and play with the best of them. His specialty is undoing shoe laces. Roscoe was born around August 1 and he uses the litter box meticulously.
