2 sides stacked on the wall.

I know..I should have taken some photos while it was on the table being glued up with all the cams and block. I guess I'm getting lazy.
 
I ordered some plywood from B&D International. They have the GL-II in 30"x60" size. Their website is in my links page. Sandy is the person you'll talk to on the phone. They are wonderful people, and beautiful too! Go take a look at their site.

All the crossmembers were cut with a raidial arm saw with a stop set up to make sure they are the same length.

seat supports for stations 29 1/8 and 40 1/8

I cut the seat support bulkheads to the dimensions on the plans. The rear one was to large. I recommend building the pieces as you need them, measuring as you go. These will be glued in next, then the bottom ply will be added.

As soon as the bottom is on, I'll move the fuse over the center chalk line and block it into place. Then the tail will be pulled together.
