Character	Information
Lady Queen Selenity	Chibi-Usa grown up as Queen. Selenity was the ruler of Neo Tokyo at the end of the thirtieth century, and is still considered the queen although she is currently in hiding. In her first and only battle against the horsemen, she used the power of her mother's crystal to trap the horsemen's powers/abilities in four jewels which were scattered across the globe for safekeeping.
Diana	A Daughter of Luna and Artemis Luna and Artemis died near the end of Neo-Queen Serenity's reign. Their daughter, who had always protected Chibi-Usa, became the new queen's advisor. She is currently in hiding with Selenity.
Sailor Logios	The Leader of the 'Failure Guardians' When the horsemen first attacked, Logios was the leader of the existing group of senshi. Their job was to defend Lady Queen Selenity and defeat the horsemen. Her powers concerned chance and odds.
Sailor Ogygia	Second in Command of the 'Failure Guardians' When the horsemen first attacked, Ogygia was a member of the existing group of senshi. Their job was to defend Lady Queen Selenity and defeat the horsemen. Her powers concerned imprisonment and sleep.
Sailor Tarpeian	Member of the 'Failure Guardians' When the horsemen first attacked, Tarpeian was a member of the existing group of senshi. Their job was to defend Lady Queen Selenity and defeat the horsemen. Her powers concerned retribution & responsibility.
Sailor Amphitrite	Member of the 'Failure Guardians' When the horsemen first attacked, Amphitrite was a member of the existing group of senshi. Their job was to defend Lady Queen Selenity and defeat the horsemen. Her powers concerned Flying and Invisibility
Adrius	Thriae's boyfriend (no, he's not a Tuxedo Kamen character or a villian, for spoilers, he's just a normal person.)
