Among the more Meccanophilic countries, the following do not allow inbound goods parcels by postal courier service:

To these countries, the Outfit 10 without cabinet can be dispatched by private international courier at an additional shipping cost of 240 Euros/US$300. There will be a similar surcharge applicable for the cabinet only.
Outfit 10 without cabinet weighs ~ 24.5 Kg packed. The cabinet weighs 23.5 Kg packed. Some countries [not those listed above] allow only up to 20 Kg goods parcels via postal courier, but in practice this has never been found to be a problem!
The Outfits are available in a choice of Red/Green and Blue/Yellow/Zinc liveries. Please specify when ordering. It is also possible to provide the outfits similar to the Blue/Yellow colour scheme of 1978-9 at an additional cost of 7% on the parts value only.
These augmented outfits have the best combination of parts from all periods, as evident from the above table. Additionally, a powerful replica sideplate motor is included.
My standard practice is to provide Brass fasteners with these sets, irrespective of the livery of the outfits. But, if desired and specified, Zinc plated nuts and bolts can be provided with the Blue/Yellow/Zinc outfits.

Work is also under way to design "Small Parts Boxes" in which Nuts & Bolts, and other little components will be packed.
