Garak's popularity certainly was evident when Decipher released it's Deep Space Nine expansion set for the Star Trek Customizable Card Game. Gul Dukat and the rest of the Cardassian characters got one card each as is standard. Garak on the other hand got two personnel cards, a dilemma card and even his tailor shop has a card! All of them are rare!

Oh yes, his action figure came with a card too.
