Shonen Chikara yet again. The guy on the left in the jersey is Yorhana Shinja. You can tell he really thinks that he's cool or something by his goofy smirk on his face. The girl on the right is Spara Ekko-Atil Xemos. She's from Greece if you're wondering about the name. She's got a slight obsession with Yorhana and walking around half naked, among other things... well, anyway, I can't say too much, because she shows up in the manga pretty late. Or something.
