I want to thank those who helped to make the writing of this book possible. My long-time friend,
Lillian Scott, first gave me the idea for a Jesse Tree a number of years ago. The ladies in the Wednesday morning bible class
encouraged me to write a devotional to go along with the Jesse Tree. Shela Skinner typed the first manuscript and Jane Garner
and Vivian Willis offered many helpful suggestions in grammar and scriptural accuracy. My family allowed me the time to work
on the book. Many others were helpful and encouraging as the writing of the book progressed. I know the Lord will bless each
