The Gallery at Sayan features over 1,600 square feet (150 square meters) of retail space offering high quality homeware items, textiles, clothing and antique artwork. The Spa Shop offers a fine selection of aromatic oils, essential oils, bath salts, soaps, incense, natural body care formulations, spa robes and sandals, accessory items, logowear and sportswear. The Lobby Boutique displays an interesting selection of jewellery items, small antique artifacts and locally-woven fabrics.

The Resort has two restaurant - Ayung Terrace and River Side Cafe, one bar and 24-hour room service.

THE SPA :
The Spa's well-appointed exercise facility offers a 180 degree view of the valley with state-of-art fitness equipment. All four of the spacious treatment room include sinks and cabinets; three rooms also include bathtubs, one treatment room contains two beds for double massages. Programs include aromatherapy, reflexology, and traditional Balinese massage with a focus on elements from the earth such as clay, mountain botanicals and warming spices.
