What is the purpose of copying worksheet data and what are the various ways to copy data in a worksheet?
1) The same data that you may want to use in another part of the worksheet should be copied.
2) The various ways are:  Choosing Edit, Copy; clicking the Copy button (this puts data on the Clipboard); Using the drop and drag method; Using the Filling command.
3) In order to use Drag and Drop: Highlight the range of cells you want to copy; then move the mouse pointer (it turns to a cross) to the top of the highlighted cells, then drag cells to the desired location while holding down the CTRL key.

What does the Fill command do?
1) It copies data into adjacent cell(s).
2) Filling can be done to the right, downward, left, and upward.
3) Command: Edit, Fill

In what ways can worksheet data be moved?
1) Moving data can be done through either Cut and Paste (data is placed in Clipboard) OR using the Drag-and-Drop method (do not hold down the CTRL key for moving data).

How are rows and columns inserted or deleted?
1) Inserting: By choosing Insert, Rows or Columns from the menu-bar.
2)  Deleting: Choose Edit, Delete, then choose entire row, entire column or specific cells.

What is freezing? How do I freeze titles?
1) Freezing will keep the row or column titles to the left of the freezing point on the screen no matter where the highlight is moved.
2) In order to freeze titles, select Window, Freeze Panes.

What is protecting cells?
1) Protecting a worksheet/spreadsheet prevents anyone from making changes to the worksheet.
2) Command: Tools, Protection

How is a worksheet/spreadsheet that's ready for printing be designed?
1) By choosing the File, Page Setup, the user can change page orientation, margins, header/footer, or choose specific options on the sheet.

Can a worksheet/spreadsheet have page breaks?
1) Yes, a manual or forced Page Break is done by choosing Insert, Page Break.  This is the same procedure as in Word.

How does a user print a worksheet/ spreadsheet?
1) By choosing File, Print OR pressing the Printer icon.
2) The user may also specify certain sections to print by selecting the range, then pressing Selection in the print section of the dialog box.
3) All worksheets should be previewed (File, Print Preview or Preview button/icon) before printing. 

How does a user check the spelling of words within a worksheet/spreadsheet?
1) Choose the Spelling button on the Formatting toolbar.
2) Choose Tools, Spelling from the Menu bar.
