The Archbishop of Goristavistania heard from a travelling fortune teller that Herbert would be his downfall. Of course, the archbishop would not stand for this. He sent his evil minions into our world to hunt down and kill Herbert. Unfortunately for him, he did not yet know of Herbert's immense power.
