JESUS SOLORZANO PHOTO GALLERY
Jesus "Chucho" Solorzano, the son of a famous Mexican matador by the same name, was a professional torero from 1959 until the late 1990s when he retired to promote bullfights in Cancun. A complete paradox, he could be absolutely horrible on one day or with one bull, then turn around and be magnificent with the next go around. On a good day, he was artistic with capote, muleta, banderillas, and sword. On a bad day, well ... let's just say his nickname, "The Curro Romero of Mexico," was well-deserved.
