MOTIVATION.

When you are surrounded by a room filled with clutter it is difficult to find the motivation to make consistent efforts to keep things tidy.

  • Work During the Entire Lenght of a Song.
We all have music that motivates us, makes our heart beat faster and makes us want to shout and dance.
Well, let your heart beat faster and shout but while you do this and are dancing pick up some clutter.
    Give it a try.
Tell yourself that the entire length of the song (Or more.), you will focus on tidying your table or any other specific task you set yourself.

  • Think about what your house will look like.
Imagine yourself being able to walk freely through the house without having to create small paths.
You will be able to find anything at all times and you will be able to ask people over to your place. Think of the possibilities you will create for yourself.

  • Envision Your Freedom.
Some of you may be scared that having a clean place will mean you will have to invite people to your homes. But that is and will continue to be your choice, this change isn't about others but about you.
Is about giving yourself the freedom of choice so if and when you don't want people to come over this will be a Real Choice, not something you can't do because of the clutter.
