UPEC - Bad Economics, Bad Constitutionalism
East Cyberia has made planned economies constitutionalized

East Cyberia's two active citizens, Travis Dandy and Mike Rosario, have decided that their Communistic ideal of a planned economy, proven a failure by the Soviet Union, needs to be constitutionalized.

This didn't come to a surprise by many, but the details that they went through to plan out their economy within their Constitution raised some eyebrows.

Economists strongly suggest that Constitutionalizing an economic system as inflexible as the Dandy-Rosario proposal would be a detriment to that country's economy and any nation which trades with them. If something went wrong, for example, they would need a Constitutional amendment to correct the problem!

The strongest problem with this Constitutional article is the possibility of it passing 1-0, like all the previous ones, proving that there is no great popular mandate for the Communist government in East Cyberia and that a revolution may occur to defeat the Communists, should an economic crisis occur.
