WINDSOR'S NEW JOB
Cyberia's newest province has a lot of work to do

It has suffered through Fascist bombings, a socialist uprising, and natural disasters. Yet, the movement to grant it provincehood has succeeded on the second try. Now that Windsor Islands is Cyberia's eighth province, it has a lot of work to do. It's Conservative governor and deputy need to reassure Cyberia of its loyalty by doing the following:

1. Create a webpage. While we would say this to any province, it is especially important that Windsor establish itself as one of the most attractive provinces.

2. Ratify a constitution for the province. To establish a legitimate government, the Governor should draw up and have the voters vote on a constitution for Windsor. This would firmly establish its legitimacy and place it ahead of several provinces who have no constitution.

3. Work together with the federal government and its fellow provinces. By working together with the other governments in Cyberia, Windsor develops a strong working relationship with the rest of Cyberia and solidifies its ties to us.

Doing these three things will help Windsor in its future endeavors, whatever they happen to be.
