Despite the lack
of responses, the Imperial Army will henceforth be condensed further into
a single cohort to allow for other provinces to have their own "personal"
cohorts. Cohort I of Legion I will be New Rome's cohort. All legionnaires
in this cohort will now be "garrisoned" for the protection of New Rome.
As of now there are no other provinces, however, diplomatic progress is
being made to make the Empire as it should be. Every province will contribute
one cohort to the Imperial Army. This way, our strength can be represented
through the military.
Legate [IO]Galadriel
will remain in command of the entire legion, however, [IO]WarMyst will
command the newly condensed New Roman Cohort. All former cohort commanders
will now be relegated to the command of centurion.
The new plan
of the Empire calls for the addition of provinces through the assimilation
of other Diablo II guilds/clans into a single collective. Once other provinces
are formed competition within the Empire will result, strengthening not
only the provinces but the Empire as well. For now, you New Romans should
go about your business. I will find other guilds to join us.
