COMMON LAW

I.	Thou shalt not commit murder.
	A.	Murder is justified if commited in the name of self defense.
	B.	Murder is justified if the victim is of an enemy guild during time of war.
	C.	Murder is justified if commited during a set duel between the parties.
II.	Thou shalt defend thy comrades.
III.	Thou shalt defend the honor of thy empire, which thou have sworn to protect.
	A.	Conscription will last three weeks for civilians.
	B.	Further the principle of Nationalism.
	C.	Defend the honor of the empire with thou life.
IV.	Thou shalt give aid.
V.	Honor thy superiors.
	A.	Honor thou superior's commandments.
	B.	Should a superior wrong you, report it to higher ranking official.
VI.	Thou shalt respect the allies of the Empire.
VII.	Thou shalt not compromise thou Empire's security.
	A.	Thou cannot expunge password data to foreigners unless the foreigner is an ambassador.
	B.	Thou shalt not expunge classified news data to foreigners unless the foreigner is an ambassador.

CHANNEL CONDUCT

I.	Always give the gavel to the highest ranking military officer.
II.	Thou shalt not profane the Imperial Order's channel with language of profane origin.
III.	Respect other guild members that might be in our channel.
	A.	If the guild is an enemy guild try not to curse them out of the channel. We want to show how civilized we are.
	B.	If the guild in question has insulted the Empire in anyway, ask them to leave and then ignore them if they stay.

RECRUITMENT LAW

I.	Large scale advertisement campaigns are forbidden.
II.	Recruit those that you know very well.
	A.	Spend lots of time with possible recruits and get to know them as to avoid recruiting spies.
	B.	Give possible recruits an idea of what the Empire does and what it is about.
III.	Do not send perspective recruits to military channels.

TAX LAW

I.	Tax is currently at 00.00 gold multiplied by your level.
	A.	Example: Retribution is at level 10, 10x0.00=0.00. [IO]Name will pay no gold.
	B.	Send your taxes to your governor or tax collector.
II.	Taxes will be set by the Senate and the Emperor with advice from governors.
III.	Taxes might change due to population increase or decrease.
IV.	Taxes should be sent to your governor every two weeks.
