One day a girl was at the dentist to get some fillings. The dentist says the usually "It's not going to hurt a bit" speech while getting ready to drill away. Suddenly he says in a barely audible whisper, "Excuse me, miss, but you have hold of my testicles..."
"Yes, I know," says the girl, "And we aren't going to hurt each other a bit, are we?"
