An online manual for survivors of sexual abuse or assault. I found it helpful, though parts of it are triggering.

The Shady Neighbor

There is some very special music here. Of particular interest to survivors are Gladiolas and The Taste of Flesh. Be warned, you may find the lyrics triggering. As a bonus, Alex (singer/songwriter) is donating half the proceeds from the music at this site to a rape prevention group. Go Alex!!!

***  Please note:  I have used the female personal pronoun "she" to describe survivors on this website, not because I believe that all survivors are female, or that men don't deserve support, but because I am female and it came more naturally.  ***
