The Galaxy Necklace

This is no ordinary galaxy we live in,

It's one of God's hand-made necklaces,

Which is supported by His strength.

The sun is the golden medallion,

Glorifying this craft,

But too, the link and chain,

Which holds everything in piece.

Mercury is a blazing piece of fire coral,

Which doesn't hurt God one bit.

Venus is a bit of emerald,

Always sparkling brightly

Earth is a double color Turquoise,

In which God chooses to place

A glitter made of souls,

That get old and must be

Replaced one day with a new

Fleck of spirit glitter

That will help brighten this gem.

Mars is a scarlet ruby,

reddest of them all.

Jupiter is a diamond, just like Elvis,

The "King of Rock".

Saturn would be a star sapphire,

With that quaint ring.

Uranus a tiger's eye,

Identical to the sideways orbit.

Neptune is a deep sapphire,

Seeming like deep water.

And last,  

Pluto is a frosty aquamarine,

Far from warmth.

God has also added more than planets,

Moonstone moons, rhinestone stars,

and granite space junk.

So, if you hear someone explaining

The Milky Way in scientific terms,

Just laugh,

Because you know the Truth.  ;)
