Unknown friend, Thanks for sparing some time to sign the Beat Book of mine. Being a police and military fan, I thought I will even re-name the Guest Book page. For me the guest book is a Beat Book *.
* Beat Book is a small note book, which is kept at startegic places in the jurisdiction of a Police Station. Constables who walk the beat, are supposed to make entries in this book. And if the local SI is a duty bound person, he would be checking it every night to see whether the men actually walked the beats. |
