Baba B

Baba B isn't the exactly the best local artist around, and he's definitely not the worst either. He always manages to be consistent and comes up with a steady stream of good songs. Starting off with his debut album, Big Boy In Love then Local Boy, and now Babalicious, he definitely sticks with what he knows and comes out with a winning album. With pretty much all of the songs Babalicious originals only supports this album more.

Right out of the gate the first track I Just Wanna Be Loved is a proven winner, with So Amazing starting to see air time now as well. Though the songs don't stop there. Other goodies on this album include I Am So in Love With You and 1, 2, 3. All in all not a bad mix for Baba B. While other groups are striving to jump on the scene with remakes and rapping, Baba B proves that sticking with your guns is always a good thing as evident from the songs Where's All My Braddah's and So Amazing. Though I wish he had a done a Hawaiian track the album is worth picking up. If not just for the originality of it.
