The lovely and talented Miss Cooky Caprio joins Pharaoh Records for the first time on the next compilation CD series, A LIL THIS 'n THAT-volume #2, with an uptempo country tune entitled, "Hot On The Heels", and WHAT A SONG....WHAT A VOICE!!!! With a voice as strong as the wind, the music industry has a new and upcoming artist. Corrine Ann Caprio, otherwise known simply as "COOKY". Cooky is certiainly no novice to the music industry. Her Nashville experience has produced an impressive product of great tunes complemented by her incredible vocal capability.

Brunette, sparkling blue eyes, COOKY is the only girl of 4 children and raised in New England. Inspired by Nashville's country influence, where overnight stars have become the norm, COOKY sang her heartfelt songs in such renowned establishments as "Tootsies", "The Nashville Palace", "Robert's Western World" and "The Western Room" on Printers Alley.

COOKY'S professional career began in 1992 with her hometown band. Both traditional and contemporary country music has always been her passion. In 1996 COOKY performed in Nashville for the Airplay International awards ceremoney where she received a "Trailblazer" award. During this same year, COOKY was voted the Country Music Connection's "FAVORITE LOCAL FEMALE VOCALIST". In 1997, COOKY attended Fan Fair in Nashville where she shared a booth with JO DEE MESSINA, who is also from New England. COOKY is currently performing in the Maryland area with a well-established band called BRUSHFIRE. Both COOKY and BRUSHFIRE have opened for such country music greats as TRACE ADKINS, CHELY WRIGHT, KEVIN SHARP and TOBY KEITH and many more. COOKY certainly captures her audiences with her warm smile and vivacious personality. She delivers a sensitive performance with her soulful ballads and is equally compelling and exhilarating with her high-energy stage presence. A performer you wouldn't want to miss, and Pharaoh didn't.....we're absolutely DELIGHTED to have her on our newest CD album release.....please give her a huge warm WELCOME to international country music!
