Personal Safety
Here are some basic safety guidelines you should follow or be familiar with, especially females, juveniles, or elderly persons-

(Note: This page is still under construction!)

Awareness!

Be aware of your surroundings, especially when in an unfamiliar area. If alone, keep your car keys in your hand from the building to the car.  Watch for anyone that is following you or paying you "too much attention".  If your aware of whats going on around you, you will have time to take action- distance is time, be prepared.

Appearance

Criminals look for an easy target- don't give signals that it is YOU!  Look like your strong and determined, don't look down, look away when someone looks into your eyes, don't appear scared- even if you are.

Self Defense

Learning some self defense moves can save your life! We would like to arrange some training in the community with several trainers! Let us know if your interested!

Weapons

Weapons are useful- IF USED PROPERLY!
We would like to give classes on differant types of weapons, from your keys, to pepper spray, up to firearms!  And PLEASE, always keep weapons out of reach of children!
