About the President /employees of the Patrol Program:

Why I am starting this program

I have been involved in security for over 24 years and have seen some of the worst problems.  Left unchecked, crime can spiral out of control- and we as a community have to pay for it.  I prefer to take a stand, and not only protect myself, my family and our property- but that of my neighbor also.   If everyone helps just a little, our community can continue to grow and attract more business's, create stronger families, and become the BEST city in Alaska.

My Training

I am currently licensed for armed/unarmed security work in Alaska.  I was previously  licensed as an Emergency Trauma Technician, Notary,  Hazardous Materials Responder, and am certified for CPR & AED.

I have performed Top Secret Nuclear communications operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the US Army under General Colin Powell at the Ermergency Operations Center in Frankfurt West Germany, performed terrorist watch duties during increased terrorist activity in Germany, worked as a security officer in retail and private locations, performed armed cash transport duties, Diamond transport for J.C. Penny's and Fred Meyers, patient transport, supervised a local hotel security department of 7 officers, and two local (Anchorage) security agencies. I am also working as a volunteer at our local fire department and hopefully will be starting my own security company in the future. I feel that donating my time to the community and getting to know a variety of residents will be of great use to my business later.

Our Employees

I will be the initial patrol officer for the program . My first duty will be to  gather information on the needs of the community and requests  guidance from our local officials. Once we have a solid foundation, we will start accepting more officers for patrolling. This is a volunteer program, but we need to make sure we accept only qualified, mature, moral persons.

OUR MOST IMPORTANT EMPLOYEE: YOU!
We need YOU to let us know what is going on around your area. If you have a lot of shoplifting, loitering, drugs, vandalism etc., we need to know.  Only by the individual calling, emailing, or simply telling us what is going on- will we know where we can best spend our time.
