Rex Perkins he made us casual carriers buy a cell phone and call everyday at 2 p.m.  When you call him he ignores everything you tell him.  He told me he was a pilot which is probably a lie.  He doesn't look smart enough yet considers minorities dumb and stupid he should look in the mirror.  I only found out during the Redress hearing that he was an acting jack,  a wanna' be somebody.  He is power hungry and acted like he was overall in charge.  He would tell Shirley what to do and she complied.  When I wanted to talk to the manager, he said that the Manager Gary does not count but informed him of everything althought he was on leave at the time.  That is probably how DDT treats the Postmaster General.  Because she is not in anybody's chain of command.
