By Dee Dee Terrano, (Letter, dated 14 Oct 2003) corresponding with me and stating she is responding on behalf of the highest position within United States Postal service is a brazen use and abuse of authority.  She was not even in our EEO Hearing.  She did not bother to find out facts of what transpired at the hearing.  She has no respect for the mutual agreement that I considered binding.  Her actions are a breach of the implementation of our agreement.  Please do not condone such behavior in what I consider a very serious matter.

Sincerely,

Richard Dizon

EEO Complaint sent to USPS EEO Manager.

1. I was terminated for offenses other people are allowed to do

2. Supervisors did not report dog bite I received while delivering mail.

3. Supervisor Rex Perkins makes racial remarks to me and other minorities.

4. Reported Mr. Perkins to lead supervisor to no avail.

I was advised by EEO, USPS Washington, D.C. to make this report.

I was terminated by Silverado Station for offenses that other people are allowed to do. Informed by other USPS employees I was fired to cover up not reporting a dog bite I received while delivering mail. Supervisor Rex Perkins making racial remarks against myself and other minorities within the Silverado Station. I reported discrimination of Rex Perkins to lead supervisor to no avail. I requested Senator John Ensign to inquire my termination. I was referred to Mr. Gary Peck, Director of ACLU who contacted Nevada EEOC and USPS EEO, Washington, D.C. hence this report.
