The higher stratum of Officials in the United States Postal Service Sierra-Nevada District has lost it's honesty and integrity by practicing machination. This is no different then syndicated crime here in Las Vegas. First of all, they lied to my Senator. When they don't do their job efficiently and purposely create unnecessary overtime it is no different than stealing from the public. They cause the price of stamps to go up, the taxpayers most economical means to communicate with one another. Rex Perkins says that's how we make money. I could have stayed an Air Traffic Controller if I was interested in just making money. But being a Christian my morals are high I can not feed ill-gotten money to my family. They knew I was bitten by a dog so they fabricated a facade to justify firing me. They knew who witness my dog bite so they transferred her to another station. When I finally learn her full name they lied again by tellin me she had bid for another station and they did not know where. This witness of mine has been trying unsuccessfully to be returned to Silverado Station.
This is because the highest position in USPS the Postmaster General condones such actions or is just a figurehead. All my correspondences to him were certified with return receipt so he can not deny not receiving them. Just like the mafia crime boss if his cronies makes money he makes money, creating a paradigm paralysis. Therefore, the problem is nationwide. And that is why the disgruntled postal worker goes," Postal", he has no recourse when most managers and supervisors are dishonest. A total revamp from the Postmaster General on down is due, to insure that the honesty and integrity is restored preserving the few remaining honest managers and supervisors.

7. Rex Perkins, Supervisor (wanna' be) Silverado Station
These are the people that waste the taxpayers hard earned money. I can obtain their approximate total annual salary through the internet and it is shocking. Their job right now can be done more economically with just casual carriers. Because you have to be smart to get a job with USPS. But being in managerial position so long with no accountability they lose all their morals and are just happy fattening up their pockets. And as Dee Dee Terrano stated to me, that she is in nobody's chain of command then her boss John Potter must be a supreme being. The taxpayers would save tons of money if USPS is turned over to a private contractor. And as I wrote in my letter to Postmaster General John Potter on September 11, 2003 someone will listen and correct what's wrong, with or without his help.
