Natalie MacMaster is another great inspiration to many young fiddlers, she began to play the fiddle at age nine, at age twelve she began to get audiences attention. Natalie is the niece of fiddling master Buddy MacMaster, and third cousin of World famous Ashley MacIsaac!

Natalie is currently 24 years-old, she is always leaving audiences spellbound with her superb, extraordinary on-stage performances, by fiddling and step-dancing simultaneously!

During Natalie's 15 year long career, she has released four albums. With them; she earned many E.C.M.A. nominations and awards. At the 1992 East Coast Music Awards she won Roots/Traditional artist of the year, and two years later she won the instrumental artist of the year. She was even nominated in 1995 for entertainer of the year. Natalie hosted the 1997 E.C.M.A.'s in Moncton N.B. At the 1997 E.C.M.A.'s Natalie was one of the award winning leaders; with female artist of the year, artist of the year, instrumental artist of the year, etc.

She also hosts her own Radio Show every Saturday night on C.B.C. In the past her Radio Show starred many well-known artist from the maritime provinces.

Tracey Dares and Dave MacIssac and Bruce Jacobs have recently left Natalie, as she wanted to go very far, but they didn't. Her albums are titled: Road to the Isle, Four on the Floor, which are only available on cassette, and also recorded; Fit as a Fiddle and No Boundaries-with guest stars Bruce Guthro, and Cookie Rankin of the Rankin family. These are available on both C.D. and cassette.

She has used a tune off of her No boundaries album and made it into a video, the tune is called "Catharsis", she performs in a video entitled "Fiddle & Bow", which is sung and written by Bruce Guthro, and very recently; she has released her latest video entitled "Drunken Piper" which stars Cookie Rankin doing the vocals.
