He is missed dearly by his family and friends!
RETURN
NOTE: The photo at page top was taken at Uncle Harry's 78th birthday, and is the best I have!
during World War II, rising to the rank of Master Sergeant. He served with pride and honor,
throughout the war, a survivor the Invasion of Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge, and
many others to numerous to mention. After the war ended, he was discharged from the Army,
and returned to his hometown of Glens Falls. There, he married, and raised two children.
His wife passed away before him. Sadly, his daughter passed away shortly after his death.
He is survived by his son, Albert, who resides in Houston, Texas.
In his waning days, he spoke frequently of his war experiences. Recalling battles he fought in,
names of his comrades, even remembering which soldier was where on the battle front.
He was a proud and honorable man, never speaking poorly of anyone.
