Saturday November 9, 2002: Our plane was leaving at 7:55 so we got up about 6:00 to enjoy as much of the morning as we could before we had to leave. about 6:45 we loaded the suitcases in the car, closed the gates to the villa one final time and headed to the airport.
From there, suffice it to say it was another lousy day of flying on American Airlines. Did I mention I will in the future try to fly ANY airline except American?
Back to our home airport about 7:00 p.m. (which is 9:00 p.m. Anguilla time - what a LONG day) and off to make the hour drive home. We got home safely and I have to admit, once I turned into our driveway it felt GOOD TO BE HOME. Anguilla is paradise but there is truly NO PLACE LIKE HOME.
