 KCaliban  [12:05pm], [6-14-01]Here's the big update we promised, a new server and a new, non-frames layout. What more could you ask for, eh? We even got a cjb.net address, dacalliance.cjb.net. (Though if you got here you probably know that already.) Over the past few weeks we've been slowly moving things over to spaceports. As of now, I'm fairly certain everything is up. If you do find a broken link, however, please tell me. Spaceports takes a bit of getting used to so there might be a few glitches. Also, according to the General today is the first birthday of GWS. [6-13-01]For the first time since April (APRIL!) I've added a new comic strip. It's poorly drawn and not funny, but there are obscure pop culture references. Let me tell you, having Death as a main character is pretty difficult, due to his unfortunate tendency to kill off all the other characters. But I manage. Also, a while back the General and I killed our forum. Everyone who cares has probably noticed by now, which renders this comment a waste of space. [6-8-01]A new editorial is up, this time on the great state of Idaho. Hey, I just realized I just killed our resident Fish Monger's rationalization. Ha! Maybe this'll shame the General into updating. [5-17-01]For the first time in a while an actual, substantive update has been made. (As opposed to DBZ: UUU and get out of hell free cards.) There is a new feature in the anime section: Dragonball Z for the Trinity Broadcasting Network. This will be an ongoing feature. For the moment, however, I have only posted the first episode. There will be more in the future. If you're shaking your head at this, my recommendation is to head on over and read the explanation there. It makes sense, trust me. For the first time in a while I'm putting up a non-comic related update. I finally came up with a comic at least once person liked, so I figured I'd take a break from that for a bit while I'm ahead. (Don't get your hopes up, though.) Unfortunately, this feature will only make sense if you know what it's based on. What is it? A parody of the popular DBZ site DBZ Uncensored. It's actually more of a parody of a parody, but only if one is overly technical. So, without further ado I give you DBZ Uncensored: Uncensored: Uncensored. It's actually not on this site but on a terrashare account. However, you shouldn't have any problem getting back here. At the moment only the intro is up, but more will be added in the future. I play the role of disinterested third party who mocks everyone else. Recently, I've found out that there isn't a whole lot of love involved in this. Specifically, I've been banned from the msxbox.com forums after less than a day as a member, and five posts under my belt. That's gotta be a record, even for me. Maybe equating Bill Gates with Satan, calling the moderator a fascist (which he is), and daring the admins to keep deleting my posts wasn't such a good idea. But than if I stayed with good ideas, I'd never have any fun. I think you've recognized a pattern, here. Well ok, I added another cheap thing to the Battlefield Earth section. It's going to need some work, but it looks like I'm gong to have some time. DAC_A/GS/whoever the hell you are, RELAX! You're working on something that is so complicated that 95% of the websites out there don't touch it with a twenty foot pole. We've got time. It might be best if right now we concentrated on writing material. I'm sure you will enjoy writing an epitaph for Jar Jar Binks a lot better than throwing sharp objects at a computer screen. So, just tell me what your favorite flavor of Italian Syrup is and I certify that you'll be bouncing off the walls and going into a sleep deprived coma withing a few days.
