This is a message board associated with hope for healing.  You can get a daily digest emailed to yourself.  It is moderated by the founder of hope for healing.  In this forum you can have posts sent to your email address automatically.  I found the sequence of responses to be disorienting but it saves time and is convenient.

“What we are all about: We are an interactive, personal support related website dedicated to helping each other through the pain and fear of an abusive relationship. We are not here to criticize each other, but instead to lend a friendly ear. We can learn a great deal from one another, sharing stories of troubles and triumphs, of pains and joys, and of thoughts and feelings. Each individual contribution can make a difference in helping to heal the pain, and to rediscover a life without abuse.”
