WOMAN AND EMPLOYMENT

Mostly all civilizations and religions had discouraged women to go out side the house. Women seen outside were perceived as women slaves or prostitutes. In some societies even if woman with husband was seen, She was not allowed to move out of house except for funeral and religious ceremonies where men were not permitted. Her role was only behind the curtain in the house also she was not allowed to come out of the room when any friend of the husband had arrived. Her employment producing children, nourishing them and sex with husband. It was impossible to even think to work outside; thinking would mean not only separation from husband and society but would also be liable for punishments. Modern European systems have changed many systems in other parts of the world; many countries have started thinking womens contribution to economy is essential to the countries growth. Thus world communities have begun promote womens developments with regard to their education and contribution to the employment. In service and media sectors allocation of more employment to women is assured perceiving that strength and working ability is better than that of a man.

Present industrial revolution has introduced very less hardships in the work places; most of operations are through electronics and computers. Scope of employment for is better and where women can show their ability and perform better. But only what women need is the education. Especially in rural villages advanced education is lacking to make women fit into modernized services, manufacturing and media sectors.

Initiate guardians and parents to encourage daughters for their education and employment also Governments to propagate this issue as constitutional right.
As woman is directly in connection to family, her role in the family is more responsible in case of crisis of the family; woman development in economics is as important as of men. Encouragement to women for involvement in economic planning of country will serve purpose.
Specific sectors need to be identified for absorption of women for entrepreneurship and its training and finance.
There are many sectors, which have more strength of men than women in areas where women can do better.
Minimum 50% of reservation should be allocated to women in government and organized sectors, priority on the basis of low-income group.
