We all know there are quite a few rapes and
sexual assaults that are never reported. Sometimes this is due to the victim feeling as though the situation was their fault
for one reason or another.
For many reasons some people have let themselves
believe that if a woman/man/child dress in a way that remotely would turn someone else {perpetrator} on -or- drinks at parties
-or- smokes pot, hash or consumes any party drug that she or he is willing and wanting to have sex with anyone who decides
to make this happen.
Even in our Court Rooms you can here Judges
and Lawyers asking why the victim was drinking, using drugs or dresses so scantily, and could this attack be the victim's
fault. Always looking for a reason to get the perpetrator off the charges and blame the innocent.
In my eyes it could never matter what the reason
the perpetrator is always wrong and has no right to look for any excuses at all.
Well none of these above reason are good enough
to even consider blaming the victim. I does not matter what we ware or what we drink or inject through smoke.
I have written much on sexual seduction through
our minds and have now compiled the next most serious way to rape another person with use of drugs to create the mind control
needed to do this horrid deed of sickly pleasure.
Drugs make mind control very easy and they are
simple to use and far too easy to get on our streets. There are many kinds of drugs used and are most times given to the victims
in drinks, food, cigarettes or pot joints.
Almost every time the victim does not know what
hit them until they wake up after the fact. By this time the victim has been sexually assaulted and many times by more than
one perpetrator.
I have been doing some research on drugs
used during rape. Many of these drugs can be bought on the streets and are used at parties, raves and bars.
Below is information and a chart to help you
recognize, clearly realize the effects, important facts, and a few tips on how to protect yourself from this type of scenario.

stop a person from falling victim to a rape using a date rape drug?"
Below are some of the best methods one can use
to help prevent this type of hideous situation from happening in your life to you or those you love.
Don't accept open drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
from others who you do not know or do not trust; this includes drinks that come in a glass.
1. When in bars or clubs always get your drink directly from the bartender and do not take
your eyes off the bartender or your order; don't use the waitress or let somebody go to the bar for you.
2. At parties, only accept
drinks in close containers: bottles, cans or tetra packs.
3. Never leave your drink
unattended or turn your back on your table.
4. Do not drink from open beverage
sources like punch bowls, pitchers or tubs.
5. Keep your eyes
and ears open; if there is talk of date rape drugs or if friends seem "too intoxicated" for what they have taken, leave the
party or club immediately and don't go back!
Why do these drugs make effective date rape
drugs? There are many reasons these particular drugs are used by sexual predators.
These drugs are virtually undetectable; they
are tasteless, odorless and colorless. All traces of the drugs will leave the body within 72 hours of their use and are not
found in any regular toxicology screen or blood test - These tests must be taken very quickly or all trace of the drug is
gone.
Date rape drugs are easily slipped into drinks
and food and our bodies react very quickly to the drug {within a few minutes sometimes seconds}.
The victim soon becomes unconscious but responsive
with little or no memory of what happens while the drug is active in their system.
The drugs also make the victim act without
inhibition; all sense of fear disappears, often in a sexual or physically affectionate way. Like many drugs, the date rape
drugs render a person incapable of thinking clearly or of making appropriate decision. This makes the victim very vulnerable
and easily made to do exactly what the predator wants them to do. The Victim is still able to play a role in what is happening
but who will have no clear memory of the situation after-the-fact. Without any memory of events the victim is often unaware
of the entire situation and the fact that they have even been raped, and if they are aware or have suspicions they make very
poor witnesses.
So how do you know if you have fallen victim
to a rape using a date rape drug? First, there are some very clear signs that sexual activity has taken place even if you
have no memory of actually " having sex "
(It is important to remember that if you
have had sex but can not remember doing it or offering consent you have been raped under the law, whether a date rape drug
has been used or not.)
Signs that a sexual assault has taken place
can include; soreness or bruising in the genital area, soreness or bruising in the anal area, bruising on the inner and/or
outer thighs, bruising on the wrists and forearms, defensive bruising or scratching (the kind that would occur during a struggle),
used condoms near you or in nearby garbage containers, and traces of semen or vaginal fluids on clothes, body or nearby furniture.
People who have been slipped a date rape drug
appear to others to be very intoxicated; a very reliable sign that you have been raped using a date rape drug is you may be
the subject of the day's gossip, in areas regarding your recent behavior or the behavior of those around you.
There are other ways to figure out weather you
have been given date rape drugs then sexual activity such as: feeling "hung-over" despite having ingested little or no alcohol,
a sense of having had hallucinations or very" real" dreams, fleeting memories of feeling or acting intoxicated despite having
taken no drugs or drinking no alcohol, no clear memory of events during an 8 to 24 hour period with no known reason for the
memory lapse, and stories from others about how intoxicated you seemed at a time when you know you had taken no drugs, medications
or alcohol.
Unless you have been straight out told that
you have been given a date rape drug, there is no way to be sure without medical testing.
If you suspect that you or someone you
know have been given a date rape drug you must get to a hospital quickly and you need to remember to request properly tested.
You ask that the caregivers do the preliminary
rape exam with testing for date rape drugs.
The drugs can be found in your system
if you act quickly. There is no other way to know for sure.
