Pomeranian
A bold, alert toy dog maintained chiefly as a pet. Its spitz ancestry is noted in its foxlike face, erect point ears, and the mane around the neck and shoulders. The long-haired coat is usually red, but it may be black, brown, chocolate, orange, cream, dark beige, blue, whit or a combination of these. The double coat has a soft fluffy undercoat and a straight shiny outercoat. The tail lies flat at the back and is covered with long bushy hair. The Pomeranian was developed from a 30 pound breed of Arctic sled dogs by the runts of the litter.
