Howard the Human

Howard is wondering the streets of New York city and meets Mad-Dog, a homeless man panhandling for some spare change. When they are refused service at a local eatery Mad-Dog starts tearing the place up. Howard, rather than getting involved decides to just walk away. This is noticed by an attractive woman named Amy. They ditch Amy's "friend" Elton and go to her apartment, where Amy discusses the finer points of human relationships, leaving Howard bewildered. Howard stays the night and in the morning is transformed back into the old duck that he was. However, as he exits the shower standing over him is Dr. Bong.

Issue 19 features a parody of the cover of Amazing Spider-Man number 50.
