Going Underground

This issue was released sometime around the Movie, and its a pretty decent little story. Howard is hitchhiking to Cleveland and is picked by a lady truck driver, and they soon discover an underground community with a leader which seems to resemble the villian from the first issue very much.

It this story howard fights a giant gopher. Why is it always giant animals?

Paul Smith is the Artist, and does an excellent job, even if Vince Colleta's inking does not do it justice.
