The Sleep of the Just!

First of all this issue introduces Gene Colan as the regular Penciler. This man is a king in the business, he has drawn Daredevil and is especially noted for his work on Tomb of Dracula. I highly recommend his stuff. as for the story, In this issue Howard meets the upstairs neighbor Paul who has a problem sleeping at night, which basically means he sleepwalks and prowls the streets at night fighting evil doers and calling himself Winky-Man!?!
